It’s a versatile alternative to sour cream and creamed cheese. This cheese is packed in a recyclable mylar pouch. It is incredibly versatile, works well with sweet and savoury, and can be frozen for long periods. Once opened and resealed with a clip or peg, it will keep for weeks in the fridge. Blanc is available as a 300g and 2.5kg pouch.
We hand make this cheese in our fromagerie using milk from our neighbour’s sustainable farm. There are absolutely no inputs in the milk but salt, cultures and microbial rennet.
All our packaging is either recyclable, compostable or eco friendly.
