Kervella ‘Love’ is a semi-soft white rind cheese made with a unique blend of wild and hybridised cultures. This most requested cheese is ‘Love at first taste’. Matured in a carefully controlled environment for 7 days with a 2 week shelf life.

We hand make this cheese in our fromagerie using milk from our neighbour’s sustainable farm. There is absolutely no inputs in the milk but salt, cultures and microbial rennet.
Available in approx. 140g portions, Love is packaged in a round wooden box. All our packaging is recycled, compostable and eco friendly.
Taking care of Love
Love is special and needs a gentle touch. In order to enjoy Love at it’s best please follow these simple instructions.
Love needs to be warm, so leave it out of the fridge for at least 4 hours before opening. Remove the string and peel back the foil, rolling it down the sides to form a little ‘Love-nest’. Open by cutting a lid from the top and scooping out the yummy creamy, spicy and indulgent insides.

My cheese to impress with a beautiful autumn salad made with salad greens, thinly sliced red onion, red grapes with a honey mustard dressing. The Love quickly pan-fried in a grill pan that was used to make the crispy bacon strips. Cut the Love in half and place on top so it can drip it’s deliciousness over the rest of the salad adding full, silky texture with a slightly sour note to balance the sweetness. Great cheese, very versatile.
