Cheese Variables

All our cheese is handmade. Cheese moulds may vary and be colourful in appearance. These can be eaten for the experience of authentic handmade cheese or cut them out if you prefer. All moulds and rinds are edible. Cheese weights vary according to seasonal influences and moisture content.

When your cheese arrives

Ensure that someone will be available to meet the courier and chill the cheese. Check the delivery to ensure you are satisfied and refrigerate immediately* (if you don’t start eating it all up straight away!)

Once chilled, remove from the refrigerator a couple of hours before you intend to serve it.

*All of our cheese is designed to be perfectly fine at 24°c. If you haven’t managed to refrigerate it straight away , don’t worry, it will still be edible. (soft cheese may then be a little runnier)

Ordering and Shipping

We deliver all around New Zealand however are unable to deliver to RD/ rural addresses due to delays. Please ask a friend with a residential address to receive your order.

Shipping costs will be based on the following:
South Island orders = $12.
North Island  orders = $22.

Minimum order is $45 of cheese.

Please have your orders in by Sunday night.

Cheese is shipped by Post Haste on Tuesday afternoon and should be delivered to you on Wednesday around midday.

We pay for overnight shipping but sometimes there can be regional delays. Our cheese is designed to be fine at 24°c.

Late orders will be processed on Tuesday of the following week.

By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, you understand that we cannot control delivery times nor packaging conditions once orders have left our premises. Please notify us within 72 hours of dispatch if your order does not arrive and we will follow it up with the couriers.

 

Returns and Refund Policy

We appreciate your custom and want you to have a delicious cheese experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please take a photo of it and email it to us as soon as possible. If you require a refund please ensure you have your proof of purchase and return the item to us, unused and in its original packaging within 5 working days of having received it. If your refund is approved, your return shipping costs may also be reimbursed.
